Tim's Great Uncle Tom Kempton and Madeline's Dad met through work in the early eighties and have been the best of friends ever since. Tom Kempton (TK) introduced the two of us with the below email, and the rest is history._______________________________________________________________________________________On Dec 3, 2020, at 11:46 AM, Thomas Kempton wrote: Maddie and Tim: It was unfortunate that we couldn’t get together a couple of weeks ago.&nbsp;And as you might expect, the Virus scares us older folks.&nbsp; So this correspondence will provide the introduction of Maddie Michaels to Tim Walker, two young people who I admire.&nbsp;I call it “good people” and you both are at the head of the list.&nbsp;I hope you can meet and get to know each other.&nbsp;Tim, Maddie lives in OTR, a short walk from Zula.&nbsp;Maddie, Tim is a former resident of OTR who bought a home in Mt. Lookout.&nbsp; Tom K. PS – Maddie, the Spartans had better show up Saturday so Ohio State qualifies for the championship.&nbsp;That being said, if they play against OSU like they did vs. Northwestern, it will be a great game.

Accommodations

For those interested, guest transportation will be provided from each of the room block hotels to the ceremony and reception. *Buses will load outside of the hotel entrance at 2PM and depart promptly at 2:10PM.* For guests driving themselves, parking is available at Ss. Peter and Paul in the gated lot behind the church and complimentary valet will be provided at Meadow Brook Hall. Transportation back to the hotels will run trips every 30 minutes beginning at 9:30PM for those interested.

Madeline's hometown downtown area has lots of restaurants, boutique shops, coffee spots, parks, etc. It's a great spot to walk around and explore!

The Village of Rochester Hills is an outdoor mall, with many shops and restaurants, as well as benches to relax.
